Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. If you are passionate about sustainability and eager to help customers make informed decisions about their energy solutions, this position is ideal for you. You will assist customers with their inquiries related to renewable energy products and services, all while delivering outstanding service in Czech. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy options, programs, and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy solutions and energy efficiency practices. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible manner. Proactive problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
