This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. You will engage with clients in Czech, assisting with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service changes. Provide accurate information regarding product features, promotions, and service availability. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experiences. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the telecommunications sector is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
