Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and technical support. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system. Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed support to customers. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and service quality. Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector, is highly desirable.
