Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Effectively resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. Document all interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely solutions for customer concerns. Participate in training and ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Engage in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions. Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT industry, is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
