Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech through email only. Assist customers with inquiries about games, account issues, and technical problems. Identify and troubleshoot any issues to enhance the gaming experience for our users. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements. Work closely with game development teams to communicate player insights and enhance gameplay. Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and updates to provide informed support. Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) and proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer support or within the gaming industry is an advantage but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Knowledge of gaming platforms and systems is a big plus.
