Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations in Greece. This role provides an exciting opportunity to use your Czech language skills to assist customers with accommodation reservations and deliver excellent customer service within the travel industry. Key Responsibilities Assist Czech-speaking customers with booking accommodations via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions using Booking.com's reservation system. Collaborate within a team environment to meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals. Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required; English skills are a plus. Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Willingness to work in Greece with possible relocation assistance. Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
