Identify customer requirements and develop effective sales strategies to meet their needs. Achieve sales goals by proactively engaging with leads and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities. Utilize CRM tools to document sales interactions and manage customer relationships efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to further develop your sales and product knowledge. Fluent in Czech and English language. At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
