In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their business objectives. Develop and present customized solutions that address client challenges in an effective and efficient manner. Provide expert advice and consultations on product features and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented seamlessly and meet client expectations. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are effectively utilizing our solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations. Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Familiarity with technology solutions and an interest in learning new tools and platforms. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently on projects. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
