This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions and exceptional client-facing skills. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to assess their needs and devise strategies that enhance their business operations using our innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify their unique requirements and business goals. Design and present customized solutions that address client challenges and add value. Act as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations based on industry standards and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support of solutions. Deliver engaging training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our products effectively. Stay current with market trends and our product offerings to provide exceptional service. Fluency in Czech is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Prior experience in solutions consulting or related customer-facing roles is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders. Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about new technologies and tools. A self-starter who can manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities.
