A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to maximize EStore revenue & profit by setting sales strategies and identifying new growth engines. The role will implement Samsung eStores 3PD Business Model with various Pure Players and eCommerce Partners in the region and identify and implement key partnerships to promote Samsung’s Enhanced Partnership Programme (EPP). They will also need to execute effective Sales Planning, promotion planning, sell out planning and develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives. The Business Development Manager will explore ways to onboard various partnership programs with banks, system integrators and vendors to implement new sell out programs. In addition, they will Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through EStore development and management, and Supply Chain Management (aided) for allotted product portfolios.)
Role and Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Sales target management: Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and drive to encourage employee morale.
  • Sales strategy setting: Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analysing the assigned market, product, and competitor data. Sales monitoring, opportunity identification and risk management: Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and eliminate risk factors through communication.
  • Supply Chain Management: Liaise with division product management and supply chain teams to forecast short term and long term product requirement. Execute tasks such as forecasting, stock movement, Out of Stock monitoring & Delivery follow ups.
  • Online infrastructure improvement: Prepares for enhancing user experience scenario to build and boost the online store sales and strategizing its service.
  • Campaign Planning & Marketing: Liaise with EStore marketing and division marketing teams to plan short term and long term marketing promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’ / Masters’ degree in the field of Business, Economics or related fields
  • At least 12 years’ of experience in Sales & Business Development with minimum 3 years’ experience working in the online sphere (ecommerce experience)
  • Proficient in MS tools. Ability to develop and deliver high quality content for top management
  • Prior experience in ecommerce Sales/Marketing
  • Experience in marketplace integration business models in the region
  • Understanding of basic concepts of ecommerce like Impressions/CTR/Conversion/ SEO/SEM/Display Ads
  • Prior background in ecommerce sales/ecommerce account management
  • Preferred Industries- Consumer Goods/FMCG
  • Arabic language is preferred
