Job Description: We are excited to announce increased pay for our Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives! In this role, you will canvas residential neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar energy and offering customized solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in face-to-face interactions and are passionate about renewable energy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in door-to-door or field sales, is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and eager to educate others on its benefits.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking extensively during canvassing activities.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Present and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Schedule consultations and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques.
