Description

About the job

I am working with an exciting business that is going through a significant period of transformation and is looking to appoint a Senior Product Owner to help shape how its core customer and operational platforms evolve.

The role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a bespoke digital portal, with responsibility for setting direction, defining priorities and ensuring that business needs are translated into practical, deliverable technology solutions.

Ideally you will have progressed from a Business Analysis background into into Product Ownership, but still be comfortable getting into the detail. You will work across senior leadership, delivery and technical teams, helping to turn complex operational challenges into clear requirements, priorities and an achievable product roadmap.

You will take a leading role across the full change lifecycle, from early discovery and process analysis through to delivery, testing and implementation. You will also help bring structure to the product backlog, challenge priorities, support key design decisions and make sure the D365 platform and digital portal develop in a joined-up way.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong experience working as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or a combination of both
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • A track record of shaping product roadmaps and managing complex backlogs
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or systems implementation programmes
  • Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills
  • Experience working with customer, client or user-facing digital platforms
  • Good understanding of integration, data migration, testing and implementation
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using Azure DevOps
  • The ability to work confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

What you get in return

  • Salary of £70,000 – £85,000
  • Remote working anywhere in the UK with the ability to attend a London once a month
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension and life assurance
  • Health and wellbeing benefits
  • Annual salary review and long-service recognition

This is a genuinely influential role for someone who wants to have a say in how technology is used to improve processes, customer experience and the way a growing international business operates.
