POSITION

World Vision Australia has been on an Information Technology refresh journey with the implementation of multi-faceted Dynamics Environments to manage our extensive Grants portfolio, child sponsorship, and many other aspects of relationships with our faithful supporters.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/CRM/ERP development and customisations, along with strong skills in: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power FX
  • JavaScript, Visual Studio, Azure Logic Apps, C#, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Query, HTML & CSS, Custom Connectors, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Python, JSON, Agile and Scrum
  • Design and development in Power Portal
  • Using Azure DevOps Pipelines and Releases – leveraging Power Platform tools to automate solution deployment across environment
  • Tertiary qualified – Degree-level Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
  • Preference will be given to candidates with any of the following certifications:
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL 900)
  • Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL 100) or Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL 200)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL 400)
  • Tertiary qualified – Degree-level Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar

Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will be required to:

  • Develop, enhance, configure, test and support WVA business solutions, either directly or by advising others
  • Determine, administer, and configure business solutions to automate business processes, using forms, workflows, and notifications as appropriate, or other solutions as required
  • Perform coding to written technical/functional specifications and standards
  • Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyse defects/work requests, identify causes, resolve issues, and anticipate implications
  • Work on incidents, changes/enhancements, and support project implementations
  • Develop and support interfaces/integrations between Business Systems and other related systems
  • Conduct effective unit testing and integration testing to ensure the highest quality product
