D365 ERP Senior Technical Consultant Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview Union Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 ERP Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic technology team in Dubai. This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the technical design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) platform. You will be responsible for leading technical workstreams, customising the ERP system to meet our unique business requirements, and ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, and optimised for performance across our diverse portfolio of companies. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the D365 F&O ecosystem and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities * Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of customisations, extensions, and integrations for the D365 F&O platform. * Create comprehensive technical design documentation based on functional requirements. * Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other business-critical systems. * Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and loading. * Perform system performance analysis, tuning, and optimisation to ensure system efficiency. * Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues, acting as a final point of escalation. * Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven and extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or AX 2012). * Solid understanding of the D365 F&O architecture, data structures, and core application modules. * Experience working on full-cycle D365 F&O implementation projects. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O development are highly desirable. * Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a significant advantage.
