Project Manager - D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Implementation Hybrid Working - 2 Days Onsite - London We're working with a leading organisation undergoing a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) transformation and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support end-to-end delivery and join them on an initial 6-month contract. This is a key role responsible for managing a complex Dynamics 335 F&O implementation from initial planning and mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation. The Successful PM will work closely with senior stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery against agreed milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Good experience of ADO will be hugely beneficial. Hybrid working applies, with a minimum of two days per week onsite at the client central London Office. Skills & Experience: Demonstrable experience of successfully delivery of D365 F&O transformation projects across Finance, Procurement, HR, and related business functions. Proven background as a Project Manager delivering large-scale ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, and HR processes within an ERP environment. Experience of producing detailed project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and resource forecasts. Demonstrable experience of using project planning and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps. Demonstrable experience of Coordinating cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and system integrators. Experience of ensuring robust project governance, controls, and reporting aligned to programme frameworks. Experience of Providing clear, regular updates to senior stakeholders and steering groups. Demonstrable experience of driving delivery across all project phases, including requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, training, and deployment. Demonstrable experience of managing dependencies across workstreams, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Demonstrable experience of supporting business readiness and change activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. preparation, cutover planning, and go-live support. Demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills. Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or hybrid). Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex transformation programme Experience in public sector, healthcare, or not-for-profit environments.
