About The Role As a Senior Supply Chain Functional Consultant, D365 Finance & Operations, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the technical development teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Microsoft concepts. In this role you’ll be across multiple projects with high profile clients. Our projects are typically end to end deliveries,– so there’s heaps to get your teeth stuck into! This is a highly customer facing role, and you must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and be familiar with the technical side. Your solid product knowledge and expertise will enable you deliver and implement smart technology and software solutions. You will be working in the support team, providing application support to existing customers. Requirements: Implemented and trained end-users on D365 F&O Broad and also deep understanding of all D365 F&O business modules Warehousing experience, including scanning solutions are preferred Worked with registered solutions, AppSource apps and older versions of D365 F&O Experience assisting with the pre-sales process and providing direction and leadership to project teams Focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet customer needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional relationship management, presentation and communication skills are vital Proven experience running workshops Solid experience with solution design including the delivery of high quality solutions according to set time-lines is essential Team players who are customer focused What you’ll bring You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals. Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O is essential. You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects.
