About the role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our team for a hybrid role based in Tyler, Texas. This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with periodic travel to client locations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in D365 Finance and SCM implementation, preferably with exposure to retail or distribution industry processes Job Type: Full-time Location: Tyler, Texas (Hybrid) Essential Functions Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM modules, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze complex business needs, provide functional design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of D365 Finance & SCM capabilities Configure key Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Cost Accounting) and SCM modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management) Work closely with technical teams to design integrations, data migration strategies, and custom enhancements Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), training materials, and user documentation, and conduct workshops or training sessions for end-users Provide expertise in retail, distribution, or manufacturing scenarios, including POS, store operations, and omni-channel processes (preferred) Support system upgrades, patch management, and performance improvements as required Travel to client sites in Tyler, Texas as needed for project delivery and stakeholder meetings Required Qualifications Minimum 8–10 years of consulting experience with at least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience in D365 Finance & SCM (Dynamics AX experience is a plus Strong functional knowledge of Finance and SCM modules, with proven ability to configure, test, and deploy solutions in live environments Experience in retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries is strongly preferred Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional designs and system configurations Excellent communication and client-facing skills to interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams in a collaborative environment Required Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate We are an equal opportunity employer.
