Your Role D365 Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience, responsible for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage D365 CE projects with at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Conduct functional design workshops, blueprint sessions, and requirements evaluations with stakeholders. Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and propose process maps and designs. Configure applications using Power Platform, Power Automate, and D365 CE business processes. Provide consulting on latest D365 CE offerings, including Gen AI and Copilot implementations. Your Profile Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service; Marketing and Field Service optional). Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Functional architecture and solution design for CRM implementations. Requirements gathering and business process mapping.
