ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (D365 CE) Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the D365 CE platform and possess a strong technical background, coupled with strategic and architectural skills to drive successful digital transformations. You will play a key role in designing, supporting, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs.
Please note: This role is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and models.
• Design scalable, secure, and robust architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, IT strategy, and technological infrastructure.
• Work with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate discussions to ensure consensus and alignment on architecture decisions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to fit business needs and requirements
• Recommend and select appropriate technologies and tools to support enterprise goals which is in alignment with RACP Architectural Principals and Technology Roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to various project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for D365 projects.
