JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an Agile and Lean expert with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll support teams and the wider organisation in embedding Agile and Lean principles, encouraging experimentation, resilience, and adaptable thinking. Your influence will help shape and scale modern value delivery approaches across the enterprise.
You’ll be working closely with our excellent Data Engineering team, which plays a key role in delivering several initiatives from TPR’s recently launched data strategy. It’s a busy, high-impact team with an exciting roadmap, and your contribution will be central to its success.
Creating an environment where teams feel supported and empowered is a key part of the role. You’ll help identify and remove obstacles, guide prioritisation, and foster a culture of shared problem-solving. You’ll also facilitate complex discussions across technical and non-technical audiences, helping to build clarity and alignment, even under time constraints.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to delivery and financial management, reporting on performance, and managing risks. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Government Service Standards and maintaining productive relationships with third-party suppliers. You’ll also support process optimisation, coaching teams, and implementing improvements that enhance how value is delivered across the organisation.
To support your growth and development, we offer access to training platforms such as Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative, Pluralsight, and Udemy helping you stay up to date with the latest technologies and practices.
