Looking to step into a dynamic presales role? We’re hiring a Presales Consultant and would love to hear from experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultants with presales exposure. As a D365 Finance & Operations Presales Consultant, you'll work on significant projects and initiatives within our commercial function. Your expertise and insights will shape the future of our Business Applications vision, contributing to our growth while enjoying the freedom to make key decisions in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting. Your Role As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Presales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our AI Business Solutions Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects. Your responsibilities will include: Liaise with the sales team to qualify for new opportunities Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities and business requirements Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high-quality sales proposals Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios Support go-to-market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry-specific solutions Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and Telefonica Tech's partner community. Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience: We're seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications: Dynamics 365 Finance consultancy or presales experience Experience with the deployment of Retail and Commerce solutions A strong understanding of Retail customers A strong understanding of Commerce customers A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is key. Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 versions is desirable Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable Experience in building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations. Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong requirements-gathering skills The ability to create high-quality written proposals and functional documentation.
