JOB OVERVIEW:
As a D365FO Associate Consultant (SCM), you will need to overcome all the system issues and support, consulting, configuration, training and installation for clients using D365F&O. Will provide an outstanding support experience for our customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Requirements Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
· Proven experience as a D365F&O Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant or similar role.
· Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements
· Experience in Microsoft ERP system such as D365 F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 BC
· Experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, system design or related business.
· Experience in various SCM modules such as Procurement, Sales & Marketing, AR, AP, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and other SCM modules.
· A plus is experience in Expenses Management, HR, and any financial modules.
· A plus is knowledge of localization requirements, government policies and procedures
· English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Hold more than 1 year of experience within D365FO or a previous version of Microsoft Dynamics or another version (Business Central, GP, NAV, etc.).
· Specialization in one or more of Finance; Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Integration; Security.
· Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
· Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.
· Operate a computer and use appropriate software in the performance of work
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Required Language: English, Bahasa.
· Strong communication and consulting skills
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Work Location: Hybrid (HQ in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia).

· Assist Functional Leads for day-to-day functional support to various users regarding specific operational/system issues.
· Cross-functional collaboration with all regional teams.
· Advise customer’s organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard products and customer business processes with comprehensive solutions.
· Prepare functional documents such as Business Solution Design and Functional Design Document for new customizations and requirements.
· Configure the SCM D365F&O modules and cross-functional.
· Prepare User Manuals and provide training to key/end users.
· Provide proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements.
· Evaluate operation and cross-functional processes to provide the best practices solution.
