About the Job The Account Manager / Project Manager will support the IT Account Management Germany team of Allianz Technology. This role acts as a counterpart to customers of Allianz Technology, handling ad-hoc requests, escalations, and projects. The main focus will be on contractual and compliance topics in the relationship between AZ Technology as internal IT provider and the German Allianz insurance companies as customers. What you do Support customers with ad-hoc requests, escalations, and projects. Act as a middle-man and escalation instance between customers and IT functions. Simplify and structure complex situations on both content and relationship levels. Manage contract and legal relationships with customers. What you bring High level of communication skills on operational and management levels. Ability to simplify and structure complex situations. Experience in contract and legal relationship management is a plus.
