Make It Possible The role is driving continuous improvement, standardization and capability building withing the demand planning function across DACH countries. The role supports as well the IBP lead in the demand review process within IBP cycle by collecting assumptions and performing analysis vs. AC, PM and PY in collaboration with Category Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance and operations. When required, the role leads the demand review process within the IBP cycle governance. Manage key cross-functional stakeholders to unlock wow harmonization and optimization in relation to Demand Planning and IBP process and governance. How you will contribute You will: Monitor and Analyze Demand Planning performances and perform and govern root cause analysis and resulting action plan in collaboration with the demand planners Develop advanced analytics, dashboard and reporting standards Support and lead (if required) the demand review process within the IBP cycle Ensure consistent demand planning inputs, assumptions and outputs (including respecting process timeline and milestones) Support planners in improving ways of working and demand planning processes Engage and align cross-functional stakeholder on process harmonization and improvements initiatives Train and coach demand planners on tools, processes and best practices Support and actively participate in the deployment of new forecasting technologies and ways of working Execution of change agenda within the planning organization What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Min. 3-5 years professional experience in Demand Planning or CS&L Analytical thinking and business understanding required High service orientation, continuous improvement and digital mindset Strong cross-functional communication skills (project and stakeholder management) Fluency in German and English Systems knowledge in Excel, SAP BW/SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAC, SAS, o9" Relocation Support Available?
