ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our EMEA Finance Team for a Finance Director to support FTI business within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The role will be based in the FTI Frankfurt office.
This is a key leadership role in the EMEA Finance organisation. This role requires an established Financial Director, with approx. 10 experience, , handling technical accounting issues, spearheading compliance across a multi-jurisdictional environment and leading teams to design, implement and maintain a strong and efficient internal control environment to deliver timely and accurate financial statements, as well as to protect the assets of the company. This role requires a finance professional well versed in US GAAP, local German/Swiss GAAP, and the requirements under the Sarbanes Oxley Act (‘SOX’) for a U.S. listed company, as well as a detailed understanding of the internal and external requirements of a regional finance organisation.
This role reports to the EMEA Finance Vice President, with a matrixed reporting structure to the DACH Leadership and will be charged with creating a Finance, Tax and Accounting organization focused on compliance and business support.
The role will collaborate with leaders across the DACH, EMEA, and Segment Finance organisation, other EMEA Controllers, Payroll, Shared Services, Billing and Cash Management, Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis.
