Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DACH Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of Neuberger Berman’s business in the region. In this role, you work closely with the Channel Marketing Lead – DACH to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that deepen client engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support sales efforts across intermediary and institutional channels. You will collaborate with colleagues in the EMEA Marketing team (London) and global partners to ensure activity reflects Neuberger standards of quality, consistency, and client focus. Success in this role requires strong executional discipline, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a hands-on approach within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads across the asset management landscape. Oversee and continually optimise the company’s digital presence, ensuring content relevance, accuracy, and performance. Maintain and enhance co-branded and partner websites, ensuring adherence to brand, regulatory, and messaging standards. Localise and distribute marketing materials for the DACH region in line with segment needs and brand voice. Work closely with the Head of DACH to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and resource planning. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead metrics, and website analytics to enable data-driven decision-making. Planning and deliver targeted campaigns developed proactively and in partnership with Sales. Develop event agendas and invitations aligned with brand and compliance requirements. Produce technically accurate, compelling copy for digital channels, client communications, and partner platforms. Leverage social media and AI tools to enhance the efficiency and impact of marketing execution. Your Profile 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in asset management. Demonstrated success in digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns. Strong expertise in website management and digital ecosystems. Experience managing co-branded or partner digital environments. Native-level German and fluent English (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; collaborative, solution-oriented working style. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Primary workplace: Frankfurt office (onsite presence expected). Strong interest in investment products, ideally across Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and/or Infrastructure Private Equity. Solid understanding of the German & Austrian asset management landscape and competitive environment.
