As our new Dairy Assistant Production Manager, you’ll work alongside the Farm Manager and 2IC who back your development, with training, mentorship, and the opportunity to make an impact every day. You'll be hands-on across a wide range of operations, including: Supporting feed planning and pasture management to hit production targets Leading milking operations and maintaining high hygiene and milk quality standards Monitoring animal health and helping to rear the next generation of stock Managing effluent systems and ensuring environmental compliance Coaching junior team members and helping run day-to-day farm activities Filling in for the Production Manager when required The Farm Resolution Dairy is operating as a seasonal supply dairy farm. It spans 525 effective hectares and milks 1,250 cows at peak through a 60-bail rotary system. The farm boasts a close-knit team that excels in performance and enjoys excellent housing and facilities, including an in-shed feeder and a milk hub data system. Located just outside of Reporoa, Resolution Dairy offers the perfect blend of rural lifestyle and community spirit.
