Job Summary: As part of an aggressive growth strategy, Lethbridge Dairy Mart is seeking a Sales Representative for their Central AB Location. Our dealership is one of the leading privately owned dairy farming equipment dealerships in Canada and this individual will bring a great knowledge of dairy, livestock and agriculture to build the next phase of dealership business.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize our wide range of suppliers and sell all kinds of dairy farming equipment and supplies including Dairy Robots, Parlors, Feed Mixers, Manure Equipment etc.
• Provide reliable and consistent feedback to management on market conditions
• Aide in product development and selection of suppliers
• Demonstrating equipment, including training the customer
• Quoting equipment including attachments
• Following up all leads
• Cold calling
• Calling customers after the sale to ensure they are happy with their purchase and with the service they receive
• Other relevant tasks assigned by the management

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sale experience in dairy equipment is preferred
• Previous dairy, livestock, or agricultural experience is an asset
• Discipline and self-motivation
• Basic Computer and Barn drawing knowledge is must
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time, depending on the time of year

The ideal location for this role would be in Red Deer area, but we are willing to consider candidates from throughout our trading area. Lethbridge Dairy Mart is committed to diversity and growth, and we are willing to coach and develop the right individual into this role.
