THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a Dairy Farm Assistant to join the high-performing team at Achilles Dairy. In this role, you’ll assist with a range of farm tasks — from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing. You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations and work closely with your team to help meet production and animal welfare goals. You’ll receive full training and support, and we’ll encourage you to take the initiative, develop your skills, and support newer team members along the way. ABOUT US Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations. THE FARM Achilles Dairy Unit is part of Pāmu Pastoral Complex, located 15 minutes from Taupō. This is an 840 effective ha block which will milk 2, 200 cows through a 60-bail rotary shed. ABOUT YOU You’ll bring a willingness to learn, get stuck in, and contribute to the team’s success.
