In this role, you’ll assist with a range of farm tasks, from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing. You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations and work closely with your team to help meet production and animal welfare goals. You’ll receive full training and support, and we’ll encourage you to take the initiative, develop your skills, and support newer team members along the way. ABOUT US Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations. THE FARM Landsdown Dairy covers approximately 262 effective hectares and features a composting barn system. Located just 10 minutes south of Balclutha, we milk 650 cows through a 50-bail rotary equipped with ACRs and Milk Hub technology. Recreational opportunities abound, both on-farm and nearby. The property and surrounding region offer access to excellent hunting and fishing, with rivers, forests, and coastline all within easy reach.
