Lead production performance across our Riverina rearing farms.
Deliver production, quality and budget targets.
Coach and support Farm Managers and their teams.
Drive best-practice poultry production across all sites.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Monitor farm performance and implement practical solutions.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, food safety and WHS standards.
Train and support teams on company policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Travel regularly between our West Wyalong and Griffith sites.
