Requirements Education/Training: High School Diploma, some college preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years retail experience. Skills/Knowledge: Strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent guest service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to lead and develop others. Ability to handle multiple projects and task with a high attention to detail. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business. Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth. Responsibilities
This role involves training, coaching, and observing team members in guest service while implementing marketing strategies and resolving customer complaints satisfactorily. The manager will also lead the team to achieve store goals related to sales, gross profit margin, and labor scheduling.
