Control and monitoring of process-relevant systems
Compliance with hygiene, safety and food law requirements according to HACCP, IFS, QS etc. and production-accompanying quality controls.
Responsible for the respective process, such as heating, providing yogurt/dessert bases, and operating fruit mixing stations.
Allocation and planning of milk requirements (cream, concentrate, various types of milk), tank allocation for daily and weekly productions
Preparing, adjusting, and examining the yogurt milks according to specifications.
Documentation of production data in accordance with internal standards and legal requirements.
Identifying and resolving malfunctions, as well as carrying out minor maintenance and repair work.

Training as a dairy technologist/dairy specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the dairy products sector, preferably in a comparable position
Ideally, good knowledge of ProLeit and SAP.
Teamwork skills, independent and flexible work style, reliability
Willingness to work shifts
