Prepare highly interactive lessons to teach basic English communication skills to adults with limited English proficiency and various educational, language and cultural backgrounds with the goal of increasing their self-sufficiency in work, family and community life. ESL teaching experience required; strong preference for adult education experience. Demonstrated ability to establish a supportive, encouraging relationship with students and create a comfortable, supportive classroom atmosphere. Paid prep time.
