REQUIREMENTS

• Meticulous.
• Used to working towards deadlines / stress resistant.
• Very comfortable using English as main language, communicative and used to managing digital and retail stakeholders.
• Experience in Digital Asset Management.
• Basic knowledge of Office, focus Excel as well as Jira.
• Advantage if you are technically interested, support matters can concern how different systems work and that the person will be involved in discussions with software developers about new development of tools.

• Approving and uploading of assets (and full deliveries).
• You are part of a product team with engineers, so you will be involved in planning the work together with product owner, understanding and capturing the processes, coming up with improvements in ways of working & tooling and managing internal as well as external stakeholders.
• The assignment also includes managing support tickets, helping end-users when they are facing problems related to the images and the metadata connected to it.
• It’s important that you have a technical interest both for the work with support but also since there will be a close collaboration with developers, working in the same team.
