Job Title: Damo Fires / 130i Planner Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is in need for a Counter Uncrewed Aerial Systems (CUAS) Operations Integrator / Planner supporting C5ISR Center with direct support to HQDA3/3/5/7 DAMO Fires Team. This role supports DAMOS Fires G3/5/7 and requires in-depth knowledge of UAS/C-UAS frequencies, spectrum management principles, and 130i policy, regulations, and mission sets. Planner with subject matter expertise in military operations and an intermediate understanding of the DOTMLPF-P and issues associated with CUAS. Planner will support the DAMO-Fires team members' actions as a focal point for the Department to synchronize and integrate CUAS efforts for the Army staff and other stakeholder’s CONUS and OCONUS activities. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise and support to Army directed projects and initiatives. Interface between the Joint Counter-UAS Office, DAMO Fires/G-3-5-7, C5ISR, CCDC DEVCOM. Serve as an onsite technical resource of commercial base threats and efficacy of countermeasure systems, with an emphasis on vulnerability effects to field operations. Collaborate with HQDA 3/5/7 and DAMO Fires leadership and SMEs to determine existing technical capabilities and future needs. Demonstrate effectiveness in organizing, supervising, and directing, and coordinating, planning and execution of staff, technical and support activities. Execute staff actions to support DAMO-Fire’s AMD and integration of CUAS efforts. Prepare written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries) to shape and defend Army staff positions. Prepare and present briefings to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure appropriate cross-functional collaboration for test/evaluation and demonstrations between evaluation team and threat subject matter expertise, ensuring threat configuration management is adhered to. Maintain situational awareness of existing C-UAS capabilities, and employment. Assess/analyze current UAS and CUAS capabilities and employment and make recommendations for improving CUAS planning, preparing, and employment Expertise in JCIDS (Capabilities Development Documents, ONS, JUONS, Directed Requirements, etc.) Provide operational insights to improve current and future plans and policy/doctrine development. Execute staff actions to support DAMO-Fires efforts Prepare reports, info papers, executive summaries, briefings and answer requests for information as required. Qualifications: Required: Minimum of Active SECRET Security Clearance. (TS//SCI is preferred). BA/BS and 6 years of experience, Associate’s degree plus 9 years of experience or 11 years of recent specialized experience. Recent and relevant experience with UAS platforms and CUAS systems, countermeasures and reporting. Subject matter expertise in military operations. Understanding of the DOTMLPF-P process.
