ABOUT US

Founded in 1966, Theatre Flamenco of San Francisco is one of the oldest flamenco companies in the United States. We are dedicated to preserving and evolving the art of flamenco through classes, performances, and community events in the Bay Area.
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Studio Assistant to help with class logistics and support our performances and events. This is not a dance role, and no flamenco or dance experience is needed. We welcome applicants from outside the performing arts community who enjoy structured, behind-the-scenes work.

Studio Support:

• Open, prep, and tidy up the studio before and after classes
• Check-in students and guests at the door
• Ensure supplies are stocked (toilet paper, water, cups, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and shared spaces (stairways and outside)
• Refill water and set up light hospitality items
• Assist with studio equipment or space setup if needed

Event & Show Support (where alcohol is served):

• Help carry and set up chairs, tables, and sound/lighting equipment for the show and events
• Serve wine and beverages to guests (must be 21+)
• Clean up event venues after shows
• Lead and support our volunteers
