Liv’art Dance Studio is a home for passionate dancers since 2010.
We teach dance classes for children 3 to 18 years old and we are a premier rental studio for professionals and various productions.
We provide a safe place where kids can express themselves freely but also where they are nurtured, guided and mentored to become strong, passionate, confident young adults.
We’re currently looking to hire an experienced Front Desk / Studio Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service: 1 year (required)
• Microsoft Office and Google platform: 1 year (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Office manager: 1 year (preferred)
• Dance background (required)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 year(s) of Front Desk work experience
• Dance background
• Computer savvy with strong phone skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google and ability to learn required business systems
• Must have a very friendly, fun and professional demeanor
• A Team player
• Ability to work with various personalities and to deal with difficult people
• Strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with current and new clients
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skill

• Answering calls in a personable and professional manner and consult about client’s needs
• Greeting walk-in customers and if they are new to the studio
• Perform check-in duties, including enrollment, and providing necessary information about classes, programs, and tuition
• Managing front desk email inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the studio
• Schedule: Private lessons, Studio Rentals and Rehearsals
• Ability to multi-task
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
