JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Instructor to join our vibrant dance studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching students of all ages. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring students to develop their dance skills and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in one or more dance styles with the ability to teach them effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching dance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A relevant qualification in dance or education is advantageous but not essential.
  • First Aid certification is desirable.

  • Maintain an orderly and safe dance studio environment.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience.
  • Stay updated on current dance trends and teaching methodologies.
