POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Dance Club Tutor / Supervisor to lead an after-school Dance Club at a primary school in Chelmsford, Essex. This role provides children with the opportunity to develop movement, coordination, confidence, and creativity through fun and engaging dance sessions.
The club runs for one hour per week, Tuesday, 3:10pm – 4:10pm, giving children a weekly chance to explore different dance styles, improve their technique, and enjoy performing in a supportive environment.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Experience teaching or leading dance sessions for children.
• Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and safe way.
• Strong communication skills in English for interacting with children, parents, and school staff.
• A background in dance education, performance, or teaching qualifications is highly desirable.

• Ensure the dance space and equipment are safe, organised, and ready for use.
