What You Will Do Handle customer cases through phone, chat, and email Respond to inquiries and provide technical support Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Manage requests and follow up from support queues Address and resolve complaints professionally What We Are Looking For Native Danish speaker with English B2 level Experience in Technical Customer Support through voice, email, or chat is a plus Technical troubleshooting experience preferred Strong communication and problem solving skills Customer focused mindset and ability to multitask What's In It For You Remote work flexibility Monthly base salary of €1,500/ month paid in 14 months & bonus incentives Meal Allowance Health Insurance after 6 months Relocation Package provided Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months Modern furnished accommodation provided
