Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products and services. Assist customers with inquiries, guide them through purchasing decisions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance the shopping experience. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and suggest improvements to services. Stay informed about current retail products, trends, and company offerings to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, especially in the retail industry, is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with good time management skills.
