Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Participate in training and team meetings to continually improve your skills and competencies. Proactively share insights and suggestions for improving customer service processes. Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
