Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish Customer Support Representative for a leading Domestic Appliance Company, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will become an integral part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers. Your expertise and commitment will help ensure that clients receive the highest level of service as they navigate their inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for domestic appliance products. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and services to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer support or service roles, ideally in the appliances or electronics sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. A genuine interest in domestic appliances and a passion for helping customers.
