We are seeking Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialists & Solutions Consultants to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, non-technical troubleshooting and customer care for a wide range of popular digital services, including app store platforms, mobile payment systems, family sharing accounts, digital books, and media streaming. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Assist Danish-speaking customers with non-technical inquiries regarding user accounts, subscriptions, digital content purchases, and mobile payment platforms. Troubleshooting: Help users set up family accounts, manage payment methods, resolve access issues, and navigate digital media services. Solution Consulting: Guide users with clear, step-by-step instructions and recommendations to optimize their digital experience. Information Management: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in internal software platforms. Requirements & Profile Needed Languages: Native or proficient level of Danish (C1/C2) paired with a strong working command of English. Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating everyday mobile applications, digital platforms, and online services. Location: Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria (or relocate with full support). Work Schedule & Environment Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) in Sofia, Bulgaria. Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
