Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity from the beautiful country of Bulgaria! This role is perfect for individuals who are organized and driven, looking to contribute to our mission while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities Provide key administrative support, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient communication in Danish. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and ensure our electronic filing systems are well-organized and maintained. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, making logistical plans smooth and seamless. Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and effective problem-solving skills. Engage with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring high-quality service and timely responses. Work collaboratively with colleagues on projects to improve processes and enhance team performance. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various administrative tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. Self-motivated and disciplined in managing work from home. Willingness to adapt to the unique challenges of working remotely while residing in Bulgaria.
