Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Danish Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team and work remotely from the charming landscapes of Hungary! This role is suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to provide outstanding administrative support while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Your Responsibilities Provide vital administrative assistance by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish. Support tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining a well-organized electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members to ensure seamless logistics. Approach daily tasks with a proactive attitude and use strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges. Engage with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries. Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Effective communication skills, with an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other administrative software tools. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote working environment. Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a home-office setting. A willingness to adapt and embrace the remote working culture from Hungary.
