Your Responsibilities Deliver essential administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining an efficient electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring seamless logistics. Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Engage effectively with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries. Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other administrative software tools.
