This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to provide exceptional administrative support while experiencing the unique culture of Japan from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities Provide vital administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and help maintain an efficient electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure seamless logistics for team members. Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service. Collaborate with team members on various projects to improve workflow and enhance overall team efficiency. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with a variety of administrative software tools. Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a remote working environment.
