Key Responsibilities Offer back office support for Danish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and concerns through multiple communication channels. Work closely with various teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Document all customer interactions and internal processes accurately, ensuring a thorough record-keeping system. Proactively identify areas for improvement in operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed on the latest gaming industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable support. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Fluency in Danish (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, with a preference for experience in gaming or related industries. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer care. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and common office applications.
